The unit features water heating, a CO-2 control unit and runs on a 230 V mains supply. Its body is made of high-quality stainless steel that does not react with acids. A powerful electric motor evenly mixes up to 200 kg of honey, while the water heating allows the honey to be decrystallized during creaming.

The tank with vertical filter and heater is used to filter honey flowing directly from the honey extractor during centrifugation. It is made of perforated stainless steel sheet. The cells have different diameters, which helps achieve precise filtration of the honey. The vertical strainer is additionally fitted with heating elements and a temperature controller that lets the user set the desired temperature.
