This honey frame uncapping table with automatic feeder and closed circuit lets you prepare sealed frames for honey extraction quickly, reliably and efficiently.
The 1000 mm uncapping table is reinforced with a metal frame, giving the structure extra rigidity. It is made of food-grade steel, is safe for honey and is designed to fit Dadant frames.
The tank with vertical filter and heater is used to filter honey flowing directly from the honey extractor during centrifugation. It is made of perforated stainless steel sheet. The cells have different diameters, which helps achieve precise filtration of the honey. The vertical strainer is additionally fitted with heating elements and a temperature controller that lets the user set the desired temperature.
The decrystallizing chamber lets you control the structure of honey and its properties. Heating makes large honey crystals disappear.
