It is made of perforated stainless steel sheet. The cells have different diameters, which helps achieve precise filtration of the honey. The vertical strainer is additionally fitted with heating elements and a temperature controller that lets the user set the desired temperature.
The decrystallizing chamber lets you control the structure of honey and its properties. Heating makes large honey crystals disappear.
